Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund or reschedule, client must submit a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to appointment start date. Client may reschedule up to two times, if client unable to meet appointment after second rescheduled appointment, the deposit with be forfeited. Rewards and discounts: Only one reward voucher or discount allowed per booking.
