Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund or reschedule, client must submit a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to appointment start date. Rewards and discounts: Only one reward voucher or discount allowed per booking. If client is using a voucher to book (meaning no deposit is paid) and cancels less than 48 hrs from appointment date then a rescheduling fee of $45 will be applied.
